Dr. Barbara Polla, a leader in biomedical research on antioxidants and stress proteins, is a specialist in cellular aging.
Dr. Barbara Polla, the line’s co-creator sought to both repair existing signs of aging such as sun damage and lost elasticity as well as prevent further skin damage. The line combines natural antioxidants including flavonoids (found in green tea, rosemary, grape seed extracts, tomato, and basil), vitamins (in particular vitamin E), iron chelators that prevent the formation of free radicals (found in blueberries), and heat shock protein inducers which protect the skin from environmental damage (such as turmeric).
An additional benefit of using natural ingredients is that Alchimie Forever products can be used by all skin types, especially sensitive skins.
