I started this business to build reasonably sized homes (1,500 -2,200 sq. ft.) that have as little impact on the environment and the homeowner’s wallet as possible. The designs I like to build are beautiful and functional inside and out with great attention to detail and material quality.
Green is a “buzz” word that is being over used in my opinion. I like to use words like efficient, dependable and sustainable to illustrate our commitment to making a comfortable and livable home. This means we use maximum insulation, energy efficient window and doors, on demand hot water and radiant heat as well as using other non-toxic materials.
I grew up watching it’s a wonderful life every Christmas and identified with the idea of having great character and pride in everything I do. And I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my life by providing people with a fair priced, safe and comfortable home.
