Bob has more than thirteen years of successful real estate experience and thirteen years of additional business experience.
As a commercial real estate agent, Bob coordinates all aspects of real estate services from conception to closing and beyond. He has extensive experience in property research and evaluation, as well as the preparation, evaluation and negotiation of contracts. Bob is also qualified to make recommendations regarding property management needs. In the past, he has served as both a mentor and trainer for new real estate agents.
Today, Bob specializes in management consulting, site selection, new site build-outs, financing, leasing and marketing of business images and concepts.
Education
Bob has acquired more than 100 hours of real estate education in multiple areas of study. He is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In Omaha, Bob attended both Westside Senior High School and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
