I am wanting to bring back true customer service with my facility service company, Bonnet Service, L.L. C. I feel that you, the customer, need a set time and material rate in writing. Materials will also have a preset mark-up, and set benchmark material amounts will notify you of true costs. This is all to help us (you, the customer, and me) better anticipate costs of jobs. I truly want open book pricing. Service provided are HVAC, Plumbing, and Welding
