The Early Childhood Learning Centers (ECLC) is a not-for-profit corporation, which promotes the development of strong healthy children by working with families and communities to foster positive child development. The philosophy of ECLC is prevention oriented, supporting the inherent strengths of family to reduce physical, social, and psychological stresses that otherwise could impair a child’s development.· We believe that each child is unique, capable of learning, growing and achieving his or her potential. It is our mission at ECLC to provide an effective learning environment that offers it’s students opportunities for academic achievement and personal development to prepare for the future challenges as productive members of society.
