Classic silk, velvet and lace wraps are the hallmarks of her Signature and Holiday Collections. Timeless styles are designed for sophisticated, elegant women who appreciate the beauty and function of a well-fashioned shawl; a select number of these pieces are always available for custom orders. Seasonally, new designs to complement the existing collection are developed through in-house experimentation with handcrafted crochet, macramé, needle lace and beadwork techniques.
Elizabeth’s innovative design sensibility has been recognized outside the fashion industry. In 2006 Elizabeth was awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award by her alma mater, Hartwick College. In 2002 Elizabeth received a United States patent for a specially designed scarf featuring an operational flower closure. In 2001 her color-blocked velvet scarf was featured in the Museum of Modern Art Catalogue. Four of her pattern packages for evening wraps and shrugs have been licensed by Vogue Patterns.
The collection is currently sold in department and specialty stores worldwide, including Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Anthropologie. Private label clients include Free People, Bebe, Martin & Osa, Shop Bop, and Marciano.
