o Construction management (open books, no contingency)

o Prevailing wage construction, Davis Beacon Act (Union Construction)
o Open Shop Construction (Non-Union).
o Self performance - achieving in time and under market pricing
o Understanding and having firsthand experience in Development stage – Delivering in time, on Budget
RE Management:
o Fiscal management
o RE management, including all ongoing maintenance, emergency and scheduled replacements
