Chef Adam Green has been working in the food service industry for over a decade. He has experience working in a variety of styles of kitchens. From South West Cusine to Classic French and all types in between. This So Cal native attended the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona. Graduating in two years with a Le Cordon Bleu Associates Degree in the Culinary Arts.
Serving his externship at the prestiges Levy Restaurant (Arena Club) inside the Staples Center Arena in Los Angeles California. From there he had the privlidge of working for many elite events in the Los Angeles area. Most notably was his time spent working at the Playboy Mansion. Of course those stories are all confidential !
After having worked for several years learning and absorbing from all of his former head Chefs he finally decided to branch out on his own. Pursuing the uncharted waters of managing his own small catering business.
With the help of friends and family he has embraced this new exciting adventure and is continuing to expand every day. Having been in business for over 4 years things are going great and he looks forward to continued success as he loves to spead his culinary delights to the community !
