We here at KING’S ROAD HOME have taken pride in ourselves with our commitment to environmentally responsible home design for over a decade. Our superlative array of distinct contemporary home furnishings, not only meets the exacting demands of the high-end international interior design community, but also meets the strict standards of responsible manufacturing methods.
All of our solid wood furniture is handcrafted from either reclaimed or F.S.C (Forest Stewardship Council) woods. Our entire line of custom upholstered furniture is made with non-petroleum based foams, recycled steel for springs, F.S.C hard-wood frames, and organic feather and down. Furthermore, our leathers are tanned naturally, avoiding the horribly toxic traditional methods which utilize harmful pollutants like formaldehyde and cyanide.
Finally, I would like to invite all of you to come down to our Soho showroom for a glass of wine to see for yourself how luxury and sustainability have been happily co-mingling for some time now. To paraphrase an old Chinese proverb, a journey of a thousand miles starts with just one small step. For many, that step starts out in King’s Road Home.
