We refer to these phases as the Wonder, Blunder, Thunder, and Plunder phases of the business life cycle and help our clients navigate each phase as their advisors, consultants, and confidantes.
We provide tax planning and consulting services, accounting and auditing services including compilations and reviews, and in-depth consulting services for the businesses and their owners.
Many of our clients are retail automotive and motorcycle dealerships. We have worked with dealers since the early 1980's and understand the operational and financial complexities of dealers unique and difficult business operations. We are members of the North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association and members of the AutoCPA Group, a select group of CPA firms who work extensively with dealers.
In addition to our dealership clients, we work with a wide variety of privately held companies from technology and start-up ventures to real estate firms with varying specialties, manufacturers and distributors, logistics and warehousing, retail outlets of various types and a variety of other for-profit businesses. We do not serve non-profit or governmental agencies.
We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) including the Private Companies Practice Section and members of the North Carolina Association of CPA's and various professional and civic groups.
