Kathy Ertmer, President of CSS, started the company in 2007 with the idea of providing quality materials to contractors, along with experience and service to back up the sale. The company has forged strong partnerships with a variety of suppliers, including ChemLink, L & M Chemicals, Neogard, Microguard Coatings, and Mapei, to name a few. Ertmer states that the goal of the company is not to simply provide great products. “We have a goal of creating strong relationships with our contractors. We learn about their project, sometimes by visiting their site, and can work with them to find the best materials for them.” Consulting services have increased in the last year, as contractors are learning more about the experience CSS can bring to their project.
