Scoops & Java will soon be St Louis’s newest dessert Café specialized in serving fine coffee and gourmet ice cream as a cuisine. The company Scoops & Java LLC formed in 2006 to manufacture and sell coffee, ice cream, food items, and associated products. Our identity is as a dessert café which offers a wide range of lifestyle products.
The market niche is in our “Signature Menu Desserts” that is based on an Italian frozen dessert called "Café Miscela” and improved into a new American delight. The desserts are prepared with two main ingredients: freshly brewed Coffee blended with Ice Cream. The results are a vast variety of unrestrained delectable desserts. The signature desserts will sell through our cafés and made to customer order.
Scoops & Java will serve a line of specialty coffee beverages that includes Espressos, Lattes, and Cappuccinos. Offering only the finest beans, produced by some of the Nation’s best roasters, and brewed under the care of our highly trained baristas creating only superb cups of coffee.
Our ice cream is a super premium certified product made from an age proven recipe using all natural ingredients. Our strive for quality produces an ice cream that is the creamiest, richest, frozen dessert available to market.
