Most of our clients are medium to large companies using computers to make money instead of count it. We help them make more, often by enhancing, streamlining or refining complex business processes as well as technical systems they already use.

We provide full IT consulting and services, taking into account business processes and workflow as well as technical platforms and applications. Clients tend to be manufacturers (for process control), telecom (for SS7 routing and IVR) or pharmaceutical (for drug data capture and archival).

For firms of any size, we offer extremely high accuracy (best in class!) antispam / antivirus service with email disaster redundancy included at no extra charge. Standard pricing is $20/month for 5 email accounts, with price per user going down as the customer size goes up ($1.90/mo/user at 500 users). The largest client has 40,000 users. We offer encrypted offsite backup as well, and high availability hosting.

We also provide business advisory services for small businesses. These are often on a pay for performance basis instead of charging up front fees.

Our president separately publishes information for small businesses and is a "consultant to other consultants" about such issues as avoiding any need for collection agencies.

We have a sister firm in the UK, providing similar services plus graphic design to European clients.

Our president is deeply involved in a UK private business incubator. Early stage is more difficult in the UK than in the USA. If you have a British innovation that needs to be developed and marketed, or you have an existing business that needs to spin-out or launch a new product line, you can inquire through Seneschal and will get a response in the UK.

Finding lines of credit in this market

    BONNIE HUVAL

One of my businesses has been denied a line of credit by the bank it has been using. Another bank that is just expanding into our area has offered a line of credit if we open a deposit account with them and keep a reasonable amount in it. We are considering moving a "managed fund" (think of it as…
