S&H Medical Management Services, Inc., a URAC accredited, WBE certified, independent case management company, offers a full line of RN and Vocational case management services in the Midwest. S&H is owned and operated by registered nurses certified in case management with a broad base in trauma and critical care.
Our Medical and Vocational departments handle files that relate to workers’ compensation, health insurance, STD/LTD and personal injury. In 2007, S&H added UR coordination, Catastrophic Case Management, Trust Case Management and an Employer Services Division.
S&H prides itself on our strong ethical beliefs and our customer responsiveness is second to none. While other companies are cutting back on services, S&H took a step in a different direction. S&H formed our Quality Assurance division to work closely with our clients on an ongoing basis to ensure Customer Satisfaction. We seek feedback on a continual and proactive basis; tailoring our services to meet their specific requirements.
In our early years, the organization provided solely medical case management services, however, over the years our clients began to request additional services including vocational case management and additional Return to Work Services. S&H now provides a full line of workers' compensation medical and vocational case management services, and also a proactive line of injury prevention services.
A company biography would not be complete without explaining the significance of the S&H stork. "Stanley" first came to light when S&H was established. Being a small company, we sent out a "birth" announcement rather than a news release. Stanley Stork was there, introducing S&H to the world. He was so well received, that he continues to present himself on our website and other materials. You will always find him on our Christmas cards and invitations to special events sponsored by S&H. His lack of pretense and his honest presentation make him an excellent messenger of our philosophy.
