TrophyCentral is a leading provider of awards and recognition products, including corporate awards, promotional products and display cases. TrophyCentral also carries a huge selection of personalized gifts.

TrophyCentral prides itself on product selection, response time (everyone wants their awards yesterday!) and customer service. Many products, including some with engraving, ship out the same or next day.

Founded in 1999, a time when most people did not have fax machines, and most towns did not have a trophy shop, TrophyCentral saw a real market need. We were able to dramatically increase product selection for customers, reduce errors, eliminate travel time, and provide products quicker than ever before. Due to our scale, were also able to deliver significantly better prices.

Neil Rader, the founder of TrophyCentral, had a demanding full-time job and built TrophyCentral in his spare time over a one-two year period. His wife Dinah, had a part-time job, but in the early days was able to manage customer service, including a 1-800 line, from the house. This lasted until the customer phone calls became more frequent and Dinah was no longer able to keep the kids quiet in the background. Rumor has it that the decision to run the business from another location was made when Dinah told a customer "I am so sorry, but I need to call you back as we are just sitting down for dinner." A short while after, Neil and Dinah partnered with a company in Michigan to take over the day-to-day operations.

As time went on and the business grew, TrophyCentral added dozens of partners, opened up new offices in Michigan and New York, and is now one of the leading Internet providers of awards and recognition products in the Country!
