United States Drug Testing Laboratories (USDTL) was established in 1991 as a specialty drug testing facil-ity. USDTL currently offers drug test methods in hair, nails, blood, urine, oral fluid and various tissues. Broad test panels are available in most sample matrices. The College of American Pathologists certifies USDTL as a forensic drug testing laboratory. USDTL is currently providing laboratory services for research projects spon-sored by NIDA, NIAAA and NICHD. USDTL offers test methods with the greatest sensitivity and specificity available.
USDTL has a history of innovation and new product development. The Assay Development Group is devel-oping new methods for current urine, hair, nail and oral fluid test panels that will be introduced by early 2010. USDTL recently introduced a new third-party ad-ministrator program for managing random client testing and results. A new series of toxicology education pro-grams will be introduced in early 2010.
