Vicissitudes offers educational and career development coaching to students in middle school through college. Our goal is simple, to Engage, Equip and Empower students to make more informed decisions regarding education, career and life.
Our Role
Our coaches are proactive and seek to enhance a students natural development. We challenge students self imposed limitations so they can excel. Coaches do not make recommendations of action, but instead create a partnership with students to identify strengths and stretches, learning styles, career interests and behavior traits. Our focus is to to creating an Individual Success Plan ® which focuses on Attitude, Aptitude, Approach and Application.
