Hello, we are the YOU salon design team. In our experience we have found that clients want their stylist to listen to them, genuinely care about them and take the time to educate them on the care of their hair.
With these concerns in mind, we decided to create a new client concept that addresses your needs. When you visit us for the first time your visit will consist of:
A full one hour appointment
A complete consultation where the stylist will get to know and understand your personal needs and challenges with your hair. They will listen, help and guide you towards a cut and/or color that will compliment your facial shape and lifestyle.
During the preparation segment of your visit, our trained support staff will shampoo, treat and condition your hair to achieve the best foundation for a great "look".
During the styling segment of your visit, your designer will give you a full styling lesson on how to achieve the "look" at home. Some of these techniques may include: application of product, use of tools such as a dryer, brushes, irons etc.
As an added bonus, you will receive a 10% discount on all retail purchases for your first visit and a free enrollment into our points and rewards program where you can begin earning points towards free services.
Every designer receives extensive, advanced education to lead our salon in the top trends and designs in the industry. In addition, each team member completes our in-salon certification program in customer service, advanced technical skill development, and general procedures to ensure you the best care possible.
Services include: haircuts, hair color, highlighting, texture services, manicure adnd pedicure services and facial waxing.
