This article was definitely on-point in discussing the "flushing out" of competitors who don't get the core of a business or care about the profession as a whole. A lot of businesses sprung up in the court reporting profession in the last decade when business was plentiful. Now, the going is much tougher. It will be interesting to see who survives the recession.
I would add "trust" as a buzzword of the future for businesses. Trust plays beautifully into the hands of social media and the communities everyone is a part of.
