    When I'm reading an article there are two links in the upper right corner for previous article and next article. The one on the left goes to a more current article while the one on the right goes to an older article. Seems backwards.

    Robert, Thanks for the feedback. I see what you're referring to. It does seem backward - is there better terminology to use. The Next article is referring to that article that although previous, is the next article in the list of articles. I will pass this on to the team. Do you have other thoughts on the site? Thanks!

    So far so good... I like the interface and the idea of having a community of business owners that can (hopefully) have serious conversations about starting and growing a business. Given the role American Express plays in the financing of small businesses, I think this is a good opportunity for Amex to create a forum where they can engage card holders on their credit card policies.
