  I think the idea of having the owner drop out of high school and take a year to run the business isnt a great idea for her. Life will exponetially become faster for her and make getting a high school diploma, and college entry practically impossible later. In my opinion, hiring additional help to run the business would make better sense for a 5 year plan.
