While nursing her newborn son, Jessica Iclisoy found herself browsing through a chemical dictionary. She quickly realized that the baby shampoo she was using contained toxic ingredients. So she founded California Baby, a company that makes organic baby care products for all-natural families like Jessica's. California Baby products are now sold in chain stores across America such as Target, Babies 'R Us, and Whole Foods. In an episode of Small Business RulesSM Lindsay Campbell visits the California Baby production facility to explore how Jessica took the company from dream to reality.
