In 1970, Paul Orfalea took out a $5,000 loan to open a tiny copy shop in California named Kinko's. When he left the company in 2000 after selling it to FedEx, there were 1,100 stores worldwide with millions of dollars in revenue. In this Learning from the Pros, Orfalea shares his thoughts about why retail is detail and why you may want to keep your office door shut.
