"It's easier to make a million dollars than it is to make that first dollar." - The GrubHub.com Rule. After ordering yet another pizza on a late night work shift back in 2004, programmers Mike Evans and Matt Maloney dreamt up a website that would allow them to expand their food delivery horizons. In this episode of Small Business RulesTM, both of them delve into how GrubHub.com expanded from  a big idea in its first city (Chicago) to a national operation in 12 other cities.
