Big retailers have Black Friday and online merchants have Cyber Monday. Now, for the first time, you can support main street by shopping on Small Business Saturday. It's an effort sponsored by American Express to get holiday shoppers to go local and support their community businesses. Susan Sobbott, the president of American Express OPEN, and Ken Yancey, the CEO of Score, explain how this program can benefit small business owners and their customers.
