View videosFirst impressions are everything. This rings true at dinner parties (don’t drink too much wine) and on a first date (same). But it’s also, of course, true in business. If you blow it with a customer or client, they’re unlikely to give you further business, no matter how many apologies you offer up. Worse, they may tell friends of their experience. So true. You only get one chance to make a first impression, whether it's in person or online. Small business owners should take the time to get it right the first time.
Great points about presenting a professional image. I completely agree with "polish your presence" specifically, having a clean, professional web site. I see too many templates, poor color choices, and the like. It is SO worth it to INVEST in your image by hiring a designer who understands branding. Very often, prospects only know us by our web sites. Thanks!
