What do you think should be the proper work/life balance?

How have other members balanced work and "non work" in their daily lives?

I don't know Marc, I think the yoke of balance can also get in the way of accomplishing what you were meant to do. I would much rather strive for alignment over balance.

What would you say are the major differences between work-life alignment and balance? How are they similar?

I agree with Duct Tape, I've always believed that for entrepreneurs, "work" and "life" were one in the same, and that's ok, as long as you are doing what you love and were "meant to do."

If your "work" is your "life," where does family fall into the spectrum?

I try not to work late most week nights. Evening time is family time, but if the phone rings, I'll answer it (The Entrepreneur in me). If there's more catching up to do, I leave for work early.

What do you think?
