For Arne Glimcher, the founder of PaceWildenstein, opening an art gallery wasn't about the money. "It was hardly a business," he says in this video. "We wanted a life in art." That's probably why Glimcher's strategy for marketing the first show was haphazardly created after peering in the window of a nearby Stop & Shop. The posters quickly became a collector's item.
