As we close our books from 2010, I thought I would dig through my personal bookmarks to find the best of the best from OPEN Forum.


In doing this, I noticed something: the majority of my favorite articles are lists of fives. Writers both online and offline seem to go on and on about the "five" habits, trends, sins or tips, as though five is the gold standard.


I noticed this first in my own posts here at OPEN Forum. So, in the spirit of numerics, I put together a list of my five favorite posts of "fives."
