Today we look at a business that has put a lot of thought into employee job fulfillment. With a dual mission as a haven for people with autism and a hub of community life – “Words” Bookstore has managed to “craft” jobs for their every day staffers, as well as kids with autism working in the store’s vocational training program. They’re making employee empowerment work – chapter and verse.
