I am a business lawyer with several books and two radio programs on this topic. This is so "on the money," but it there is more (I know they had time constraints). The new business owner should build what I call the "legal brick house" (the absence of desks and chairs won't ruin your life; the absence of "organizational engineering" might. I give at lecture at ASU and elsewhere called "Ten Common Mistakes that Business Owners Make." This will give you religion. Students call it the "Scared Straight Lecture.' Anyway my latest book on this topic is "Mind Your Own Business" and is free at azbuslaw.com. (Really folks, don't ruin your life. It is not a matter of intelligence or dilgence; its a matter or knowledge and experience. Business owners' self-reliance is their biggest liability in this regard (go beyond skill-set). I see it everyday.
