The 4th Screen, learn how to tap into it to grow your business

Imagine going to the stores or to an event without your ticket in your hand. The coupon or ticket now reside on the mobile phone The mobile phone is the 4th screen and the business of the future will be conducted on a mobile phone. I was talking to a consultant in the east coast who was still amazed at the ROI. We have recently setup a car wash company in Santa Clarita CA with the solution and they are happy. The time it takes to send out a campaign is normally in hours versus traditional coupon quarterly delivery.

Hi - I agree with Anthony. I'm the co-founder of Fanminder and that's what we do too - Mobile Marketing. We have a large base of local small businesses (no car wash yet though) and the vast majority are sending out mobile coupons to their customers. The benefits are primarily around instantaneously reaching your fans, convenience for them, and the 6X higher redemption vs. old methods like email or paper coupons.

We have a strong reseller program for those interested, to make lifetime residuals.

Based on what you shared Anthony, being able to use new media marketing tools to mobilize a brand is essential! Given that the fourth screen equates to being in someone’s personal space, going forward, marketers will have to balance being genuine with making a sale.
