Don't forget the biggest one: Bartering equity in your company for employees. I know it seems crazy for many established businesses, but if you're a start-up with little to no cash, lots of people these days will work for equity is they buy into your mission. That simple idea helped get us from an idea on a cocktail napkin to a launched product utilizing the skills and energy of 15+ diverse amazing folks we'd otherwise never have had a chance to work with.
