I used to use paper, now I use a web-based app that I can access from anywhere, including my phone.

Grabbing a piece of paper and pencil is BY FAR the easiest (and quickest) way to prepare a to-do list. However, if I need to share that list with others, near or far, a simple eMail will suffice. Tech, just for the sake of tech is monochromatic, if I can use that word here, since it doesn't always get me to the results I want any quicker or more reliably than non-tech methods. Balance in all things.

I try my best to always use some kind of digital format, like Google docs. That way I can access it anywhere.
