I would like to know why AMEX cancelled the Business Capital program for those like me with outstanding credit. I don't even use AMEX much anymore because of this decision.

Hello Jas Distributing, I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with Amex. I have escalated your question but would encourage you to call customer service at 1-800-492-3344 in order to receive a prompt response to your inquiry. Thank you for stopping by the OPEN Forum. What do I think of the site? I think it's "good". I gravitated to the video content, the 1-2 minute lengths are perfect for some quick input. I played around in the connectodex and found some of the user interaction unwieldly. My main gripe is that the rollover preview content fades out before I can select something unless I am very precise about how I moved into the content area. Beyond that though, it is challenging to find businesses to connect with based on needs and wants. The filters aren't specific enough. For example, we provide brand strategy, design, web development but those are subsumed under "marketing and advertising". On a big picture level, it's going to be a huge challenge engaging people to actually use the forum. You are competing against a lot of existing platforms and any site like this is only as good as the people who end up contributing. It's an exciting experiment though. Timely and appropriately targeted.

I just joined today but I have a couple of bits of feedback. My background is marketing and I'm working on a Mac so here's what I found--the invitational banner was well-placed on this month's bill--when I opened my online statement it was front and center. I'm surprised the link in the PDF wasn't actually live but that's a minor issue and may well be limited by their technology. However twice while I was merrily typing away my personal and business profiles the site logged me off due to inactivity. I was unable to load a personal profile photo from Safari, but it worked with Firefox. I really like sites that have some visible fine print under the photo loading that give you the dimensions and format information before you upload--4MB isn't really complete info. We'll see how valuable the tool is in days to come. I'm a big user of TED for content as well as both LinkedIn and Facebook, which are both valuable. I've been using LinkedIn quite a bit to hook laidoff client contacts up wit

I think the site is a joke. After what amex did to the thousands of customers like me. That they capped the accounts lowered the limits all to good users like me who allways paid on time every month. and what did I get AMEX totaling screwing my FICO as soon as the ecomny started to crash. Thank for nothing AMEX!
