Three years ago, Andy Dunn started Bonobos, a pants manufacturing company, out of his own New York City apartment. Today, Bonobos has expanded its operations overseas and Dunn reveals to Business Insider CEO Henry Blodget how he has been able to scale his business so well. "There's actually a very simple thing that you do which is you hire awesome people," Dunn says. He has hired people whose strengths make up for his weaknesses, and he makes it a point to get to know each and every one of his employees. With the right people in place, Dunn has taken a step-by-step approach in scaling his business by setting milestones for Bonobos to achieve.
