After a personal tragedy, Heidi Ganahl’s hopes to start a business were temporarily derailed. After some encouragement from her brother several years later, Camp Bow Wow came to fruition as the country’s first dog day care franchise. In an episode of Small Business RulesSM, Heifi Ganahl say that today, she harbors a successful work environment by sticking to her strengths and delegating all other tasks.
