“Find the upside in the downturn.” William Parrish came back to his roots to start NobleStrategy, a construction management firm, after learning some hard business lessons in the apparel industry. In an episode of Small Business RulesTM, he shared that after earning a masters in building technology and managing projects for Newark public schools, he launched NobleStrategy in 2002.
