Once you've found your passion and purpose, picked your platform, pushed your content, and promoted your blog, don't forget to keep the content coming.

Use the discovery process to identify what you're going to blog about, and then actively collaborate on building a list of topics that you and your team can tackle separately or together.

Is the idea mill drying out? Turn to your support team to find out what people inquire about the most and share ways to combat those issues, blog about office culture, update your audience on feature releases, ask for feedback, share photos and videos, and talk about industry-wide trends that are influencing your company.

To keep your blog from dying off because of inactivity, create a schedule and stick to it (3 - 5 posts per week is a good place to start). Assign internal resources to own a topic or theme, and challenge those resources to drive the posts and schedule for those subjects. The more people involved in the blogging activities, the less time and energy it takes to keep your content fresh.
