Great article! I love the first point. It's absolutely mission critical to know the audience to which you're speaking. And different sites simply have different demographics. Since my company is so small, we have the luxury of essentially always having "all our feet forward" (to mangle the metaphor even more!). SBOs definitely need to understand how to engage not only with their customers, but with those who advise their customers. This is especially true in enterprise applications.
