Anybody have experience with filtrbox?

Just ran across a new Real-Time social media montoring tool that looks real interesting. It is called filtrbox (http://www.filtrbox.com">http://www.filtrbox.com); and I'm wondering if anybody out there has used it yet.

I just signed up for the free demo and like the look and functionality so far.
http://addictomatic.com is a free aggregation tool that searches across media but without the added Filtrbox management panel. For Twitter, http://www.socialoomph.com/ is another free tool whose email digest format for searches I find useful, plus the ability to personalize rotating Direct Message responses to follows. This has given us good results in building quality followers so far.

My review: (a part of my job is to assess Web technology for my company and for Branding Salon)
I don't see how our online marketing campaigns can do without FiltrBox now that I have tried it.
-The ability to track sentiment across media overtime,
-generate reports with links to sources (including your Google Alerts),
    -respond from within the application,
-manager user access, and the very spiffy graphics that help clients easily grasp the impact of media on their brand is solidly useful.

What do you think?
