I will add a special nod to Microsoft BPOS as a good alternative to GoogleApps that has good dead-on hosting of Sharepoint/Exchange/Live Meeting and Communication Server for $10/user/mo with 5 user minimum. Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Demand is strong both in feature and pricing compared to SF.com
