Cloud computing services were some of the hottest small business tools around until a recent meltdown. Amazon.com's cloud-based services crashed for several days, crippling some sites. The breakdown showed one problem with cloud-based computing, but should small business owners now be wary of it? Ramon Ray, the editor of smallbiztechnology.com, has some answers.
