Getting customers is hard enough but getting their repeat business can be daunting. In his new book “Enchantment” Guy Kawasaki outlines ways to engender trust on both sides of that relationship. In the second part of the discussion we had with him at the Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas, he told us what small business owners need to do to make sure those customers keep coming back.
