The cookie and brownie dough exec modeled something else most folks miss. She smiled in a natural way. That's the easiest thing we can all do to win friends and influence people! Most business owners I coach say they don't smile because there isn't anything to smile about. Wrong. You are offering a service, to HELP mike life easier, better ..that's worh a smile. Even if you are selling caskets you can smile..you are offering a way to honor a wonderful person, right?
