Carley Roney and her husband David Liu started TheKnot.com in 1996 as a one-stop wedding planning website. Since then, the couple has expanded the brand into an all-encompassing lifestyle company that provides content for everything from babies to new homes. They've even changed their company's name to the XO Group. In this Learning from the Pros, Roney talks about finding your yin to your yang and putting away your pride.
