I think it's essential, uh, to give back, and if you're able, to give back more. So, that's how I was raised and I intend to raise my children that way as well. I want to always run my company, thinking with a small company in mind, because we have a lot of employees now, but I always want to go back to where we were and have that emotional touch. And I think that we talk about that a lot, so I think that it's still at the end of the day, for us, about the product and-and what comes out of our company. So it's still very similar. We're six and a half years out and-and growing, so hopefully that will stay for a long time. We started a foundation about a year ago and the goal is to empower women through microfinance domestically. And it's exciting for me because, uh, we're making it part of the fabric of our company, and really getting not only our team involved, but also through product, where we'll design a line with a sunflower logo on it and a hundred percent of the proceeds will go directly into the foundation.
