Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was on Capitol Hill this week talking about a decline in consumer spending and a drop in small business optimism. The hearing focused specifically on the problems small businesses are having getting funding. Geithner urged Congress to help give entrepreneurs more access to credit. Republican Congressman Sam Graves from Missouri, the chair of the House Small Business Committee, talks about the current state of small business and the economy.

Thinks that helping aspiring entrepreneurs get funded to start their businesses is a wonderful thing.
