There is plenty of talk on Capitol Hill about small businesses creating jobs, but a new report by the Kauffman Foundation shows that startups are opening with fewer employees. They're also not hiring as many people once the companies get up and running. Robert Litan of the Kauffman Foundation, Rieva Lesonsky of GrowBiz Media, Les McKeown of Predictable Success, and Brad Harrison of BHV talk about the state of startups in today's economy.
